Introduction
The SQA-8B2 is a Qualcomm-powered 4K edge AI bullet camera designed for real time video analytics, license plate recognition, object detection, people counting, traffic monitoring, and factory vision applications.
Built with Qualcomm QCS6490 and Sony IMX678 STARVIS 2 imaging technology, the SQA-8B2 delivers 8MP image quality, strong low light performance, and up to 60 fps video capture. With PoE connectivity, local storage through microSD and M.2 SSD, multiple I/O interfaces, and up to 12 TOPS INT8 AI computing power, it brings AI processing directly to the camera for faster edge deployment.
The SQA-8B2 is suitable for ANPR, traffic intersection monitoring, illegal vehicle capture, machine vision, production line analytics, environmental surveillance, and security camera applications. Optional AI inference models can support use cases such as license plate recognition, vehicle tracking and classification, object detection, and people counting.
