Welcome to EverFocus Electronics Corporation RMA Homepage. At our eRMA center, you can easily create an RMA request and check the real-time status of your RMA online.
To open a new RMA request, you MUST first contact our tech support team for issues you are experiencing with the unit. You will then be issued a ticket number for the unit (NOTE: please include your ticket number under the "Description of Problem" on your RMA request form).
Please fill out the eRMA online Form. After you complete the form and submit it online, you will receive an email shortly notifying you the status.
ATTENTION: If you do not have a valid email address, please use our fax version of the RMA request form. Failure to provide a valid email address AND/OR a ticket number will result in a delay in your RMA process. Thank you for your cooperation.
