I understand that as a certifed dealer I will NOT be set up to buy from EverFocus direct. I will continue to purchase EverFocus product through authorized distributors.

I understand that to qualify for certain promotions that serial numbers and invoices will be required as proof of purchase. I understand that without the proper paperwork I will not qualify for the promotions. I understand that all promotion paperwork needs to be in by the required date.
